Terms of service

These terms govern orders placed with SprintWebs, operated by Monish Kumar (sole proprietor), Shakarpur, Delhi 110092, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

We design and code one original landing page per order, to the brief you submit, with the features listed for the standard package on our website at the time of your order, plus any add-ons you purchase. We do not use pre-made page templates. We may reuse our own code libraries and backend utilities.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are charged in full upfront via Razorpay in that currency. An order is confirmed only after our server verifies your payment with Razorpay. The price charged is the price calculated by our server for the tier and add-ons you selected, and is shown to you before payment.

3. Delivery deadline

Delivery times, when the clock starts, and what pauses it are set out in our Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, assets and access, and confirm you have the rights to use them.
• Ensure your offer, claims and page content comply with applicable law and advertising platform policies (including Meta's advertising policies).
• Pay third-party costs directly (hosting, domains, SMS credits, WhatsApp Business API, CRM subscriptions).

5. Revisions and scope

Each order includes 2 rounds of revisions requested within 3 days of delivery, limited to changes within the original brief. New pages, a different offer or campaign, or new functionality are new orders or separately quoted work.

6. Ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered page design and page-specific code. Our reusable libraries and utilities remain ours. You receive a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered page.

7. No performance guarantee

We guarantee that the agreed functionality works as tested at handover and that we meet the delivery deadline as defined. We do not guarantee leads, conversions, sales, ad approval or any business result.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
