Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how Monish Kumar (sole proprietor, trading as SprintWebs) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, company, project brief, and links you share.
- Payment references: Razorpay order and payment IDs and payment method type. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay. We never receive or store them.
- Campaign source: UTM parameters, referrer, and Meta ad click and browser identifiers for the visit on which you ordered.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type when you place an order or request a teardown.
Advertising measurement (Meta)
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and orders. The Pixel sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and records page views and actions such as starting checkout. When you order or send an enquiry, we send Meta the event with your email, phone and name hashed (SHA-256) so they can't be read, plus your IP address and browser type. We may also tell Meta when an enquiry becomes a qualified lead or a customer. Meta uses this to measure and improve our ads, under Meta's privacy policy. You can opt out of ad personalisation in your Meta ad settings or block third-party cookies in your browser, and you can ask us to stop sharing your data with Meta by emailing us.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, contact you about it, issue invoices, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payments), Meta (advertising measurement, as described above), our hosting and database providers, and tools we use to manage orders (for example, Google Workspace). We share only what each needs.
Client lead data
For the pages we build, you are the data fiduciary for leads collected. We access lead data only as needed to build and test integrations, and we don't keep copies after handover.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept as long as required by tax law. Other data is deleted on request once no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing agencypipelineofficial@gmail.com or contacting us on +91 92050 71331 (call or WhatsApp). Grievance officer: Monish Kumar, Shakarpur, Delhi 110092, agencypipelineofficial@gmail.com, +91 92050 71331. We respond to grievances within 30 days.
